I’m one of those lucky people who don’t need to be worried about get fit, because I’m thin since child. And also I always say that you only have to do something with your body when you aren’t happy with it. Well, this is my moment.
This Sunday I was in a little marathon of 5 kilometers, I didn’t get the results I was expected. No good performance. I don’t like gym, make exercise nor follow diets, but I have to do something. Well, I started to do abdominals and bought 2 weights of 2 kg each.
Also, my sister made me got an abdominals crunch bench, that I'm trying to use once per week, but I must confess: I’m too lazy for that.
