Continuing with my inspiration (and bored about eating pizza every weekend), I encouraged my family to prepare something for lunch. Again nobody had time or energy, so we chose something very simple: lettuce and tuna. Very easy to prepare:
Just chop lettuce in stripes, add 1 can of tuna (for one or maybe two servings), 1 lemon (a very acid one) and mix well. Add whatever you want. In general, I suggest use whatever is in your refrigerator. Accompany with rice.

I see, you are really getting into the spirit of cooking! Thats a good start! With a lot of practise you will soon be a challenge in the kitchen! ;)
