Well, after this cooking marathon, I need a break. But I still have some stuff, like lettuce from somen salad, spinach, carrots and eggs from the maki. As I didn’t have any clue about a dish using them, I just boiled the veggies and fried the eggs. A little bit of salt and they taste perfect.
After that, I felt healthy… but empty, as always I eat vegetables.
